We had ordered 250 naans from our neighbourhood naan shop (Bakery). These were distributed with Daal Daigh. The video of the Daal (Haleem) daigh has been uploade earlier. This bakery churns out more than 2000 naans & rotis daily and uses almost 80kg of flour daily. Ingrdients are simple- flour, salt and yeast mixed with water. Sesame seeds and purified butter for the naans. They make all sorts of naan including keemay wale naan (meat naans), kalonji naans (black seeds of the plant Nigella sativa) and many more varieties on order.
